- Responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle in the technology services segment. - Consult with business heads (Stake Holders) and project managers for the open requirements, to and to review the requirements- Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, qualifying and short-listing candidates as per the requirement through various sourcing channels.- Conducting the first level of interviews to assess technical knowledge of the candidates- Interact with vendor partners to brief them about the demands, executing recruitment events.- Scheduling interviews, conducting and managing weekend drives across locations.- Attend campus hiring events with fresher hiring team when required.- Screen documents of selected candidates and compensation review of the same.- Conduct HR discussions, salary negotiation, and fitment check.- Update the database, uploading documents and validation of data before offer release- Generate weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports through software tools & even through excel sheet.- Perform the conversion specialist role post offer release until the resources are on-boarded- Data analysis and presentation of data to business heads when required- Co-ordinating with the technical panels for interviews

Successfully meet aggressive recruiting and hiring goals by establishing agendas and leading weekly recruitment meetings to keep all team members organized and focused.• Handing positions across Verticals and levels• Coordination with the shortlisted candidates for interviews, follow-ups with offered ones.• MIS Report generation and record maintenance of Recruitment Data.• Vendor Management.Induction & Orientation: • Co-ordinate with the top management and preparing the induction calendar • Managing total Induction program for new joiners• Taking care of induction feedback and communication the same with all the presenters.Employee Engagement & Brand Building:• Facilitate Employee Engagement process and handled total Sport committee.• Coordinator for sports committee • Planed & Organized various cultural activates• Involved in brand building activities through social media sites and blogs in liaison with marketing team from recruitment perspective
