I am thrilled to announce my new role as Technical Account Manager at Appknox, overseeing the Delivery side for the Customer Success team. In this capacity, I will be working closely with our clients to ensure they fully leverage our security solutions, providing technical guidance, and delivering exceptional service to meet their unique needs. My focus will be on fostering strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the seamless implementation and integration of our products. In my role as a Junior POC Manager at Appknox, I have honed my skills in presenting Appknox as a leading product in mobile app security. My primary responsibility was to serve prospects to become our clients by showcasing the robustness of our security solutions. I meticulously checked for all flagged vulnerabilities during VA scans, including SAST, DAST, and API scans. My role encompassed handling presales activities, swiftly resolving technical issues faced by prospects, and providing immediate solutions during initial calls. I also created detailed dashboards for report generation, delivered presentations on an ad hoc basis, and consistently provided solutions on the calls. Worked as a team with all the enthusiasm!
