As a Presales Engineer, I will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to potential customers and the sales team. my primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the technical capabilities of products or solutions, and address any technical concerns or questions that arise during the presales stage. I will collaborate closely with the sales team to propose customized solutions that meet the customer's needs and showcase the value of the company's offerings. Additionally, I will contribute to the preparation of proposals, technical presentations, and proof of concept demonstrations to ensure successful customer engagement and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Technical Consultation: Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, functionalities, and benefits tailored to the customer's needs.Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team and product specialists to design and propose solutions that address customer requirements effectively.Proof of Concept (POC): Develop and execute POC projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions in real-world scenarios.Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support throughout the presales process, including responding to technical queries and conducting technical workshops or training sessions as needed.Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation to articulate the technical aspects of the proposed solution.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers, to understand their ongoing needs and provide continuous support.
