• Overall region responsibility. • To manage team of more than hundred direct and indirect sales.• To Manage and look after around 30 distributors of the region.• To educate, motivate and monitor sales team to efficiently increase the sale of region by route management and after sales service. • To utilize the company assets in a best possible way. • To plan, assign and achieve volume target of the region, to make forecast based on recent and historical volume trend & to develop all sales channels, direct sale and retail sale.• To develop and strengthen relationship with distributors and Key accounts.• To monitor competitors strategy and activities in the market.• To convert competition potential outlets.• To identify business opportunities in new location. • To set and achieve revenue growth target (GSR/NSR)• To set and achieve OSR/CCR/Time in market target.• To design strategy and execute for market share gain both in urban and rural market.• To ensure distributors profitability by selling brand pack wise product.• Keep close liaison with other department for timely process / release of claims.• To design and execute different marketing activities for indoor / outdoor execution.• To make quarterly and annual business plan for the region. • To design attractive incentive plan (Monthly, Quarterly and annual) for distributors and sales force.• To ensure and implement company policies.• To provide on job training/ lead by example.
