The major responsibility is to develop and implement the procurement Strategy that ensure strategic management of portfolio of some 7,000 million annually. This role demands to serve as a strategic partner to the KE Supply chain leadership team and supports to drive strategic alignment and work cross functionally with other functions to attain KE organizational goals. This is done through collaborative leadership in the areas of strategy, planning, road-mapping, prioritization, tracking, across the organization.• Developing procurement strategies that are efficient and cost-effective.• Sourcing, engaging and developing reliable suppliers.• Negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and ensuring best landed cost options. • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements, reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.• Ensuring Complete procurement cycle processing through SAP Ariba and SAP MM. • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods. • Preparing monthly MIS and procurement reports with Power BI and Excel, power Point . •

 To initiate material requirement as per demand put forward by user departments. To ensure that MRP is run as per plan and materials requirements are placed in alignment with Demand. Close Coordination with procurement and ensure that Material deliveries are received timely from vendors and properly rationalized to all locations where planned or needed keeping in view the consumption trends.  Monitoring and reporting of materials availability and consumption trend to Management. Contingency planning for Materials over consumed due to specific reasons. Custodian of Material Master for creating and change at KE level. To manage all SAP related activities of I.M with respect to Data cleansing, Stock controlling, MR vetting, PR generation, Material creation and SAP generated reports. To keep SAP data, clean in coordination with Managers Stores.

Develop and implement the overall warehouse and inventory strategy aligned with the company's business goals, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.  Responsible to manage warehousing activities of 25 distribution stores, monthly Inventory turnover of 500 million and some 700 SKUs. Oversee the planning, monitoring, and management of inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse supervisors, coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Monitoring Logistics Movement of 5 Special vehicles and 12 Trucks for replenishment activities.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
