• Developed scripts to customize software packages, security patches/updates, anti-virus definitions, Writing adhoc scripts for day-to-day system administration tasks, automate or simplify complex tasks using Wise Package Studio, Windows Scripting Host, Winbatch, Auto It, and Install shield. • Developed and distributed packages using Marimba distribution software, System Management Server (SMS) and Kontiki Delivery Manager. • Working with desktop technicians, deployment managers and business users to resolve issues with problematic packages or failed installations. • Created Statement of Work, VISIO technical diagrams for complex packages and distributions. Design testing and support instructions for QC, helpdesk & clients.

• Team’s primary source for writing scripts. Use script-based solutions to schedule, perform, and verify routine maintenance task and custom jobs.• Automate tedious tasks. Create unattended windows 2000 server and other software installation packages such as Merrill Lynch custom applications, adding or removing NT server components like IIS, FTP, Games, service packs & Hot fixes, configuring server post builds, WinZip, Netmon, Microsoft® Office and various other application using Wise for windows installer , Windows Script Host and win batch.• Created and maintained Windows NT logon scripts for 11,000 users. This logon script is doing multi-function tasks, including: Network drive mappings, connecting network printers, configuring Outlook profiles, running external programs, and exporting Log information into SQL database.• Administered and managed the USPCT territory, including the development and implementation of account & group policies within the organization’s USPCT territory. • Responsible for providing file services such as the design and implementation of DFS (Microsoft®® Distributed File System) file structure for user’s home, department, and project shares on MS cluster servers. Also responsible for maintaining quota management and file permissions throughout the organization.
