Processing, tracking and follow up on onboarding and renewals mainland visas(Tasheel, immigration, DHA, Emirates ID, Tawjeeh, ICP), and also the free zone visas(ADAFZ, DWC, TCOM, DMCC, DIFC, JAFZA).Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and documents for government portals submissions, updating employee’s data and company documents in JDE & DMS system.Liaise with relevant government departments to obtain necessary permits, visas, licenses, approvals, accurate information on changes and updates in the rules and regulations of various government entities to keep the systems up to date.Handling, processing and keeping track up on ILOE insurance of new and renewal for 4000 and above employees.Prepare and submit reports as required by government authorities and management, Collated and managed accounting submission of bills and credit card statements to the finance department.

MOL, DED, DHA, RTA, Chamber of Commerce and any other government departments in relation to Trade. Licenses/Labor and Immigration requirements setting up new legal entities to clients.
