Recruitment• Doing full cycle of recruitment for the company accountabilities include coordinating and conducting recruitment programs for crew, apprentices, technicians, riders, etc.• End to end recruitment process (sourcing, selection, hiring, transfer, internal promotion resignation, retirement)• For example, Posting, arrange for interview, Conduct the interview, doing placement for the new join staff and monitor the new staff, do all approval for new joining staff• Participate in local authority/university/recruitment organizer career event/carnival• Ensuring store hiring activations (advertisement) are carried out consistently and on-going basis.• Processing and hiring via MauKerja• Coordination with HR and McD Academy• Engagement and networking for recruitment program such as Conduct career talks at schools, universities, government agencies and NGO and On-going collaboration to receive referrals of potential candidates for the government, schools and universities.• New employee on-boarding - Ensuring on-boarding of the new employees are conducted appropriately• Lead and take part in various campus recruitment, mass recruitment & career fair)• Doing advertisement for job vacancy in Facebook, Jobstreet, MyJOB, Indeed and many more.

Responsibilities:• Planning for any recruitment activity especially for general worker, helper, housekeeping and janitor position. • Execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and planning. • Induction for new worker join. • Local recruitment & selection for local workers. • Liaise with outsources agent. • Training & development assists with training and development programs. • Administration to issue employment contracts for workers.• Bank opening for new worker arrangement.• Foreign worker welfare assists handling employee related disciplinary issue.• Manage CSR activity. • Preparing weekly report.• Renewal permits foreign workers.• Handling GBFG (going back for good).• Handling GBFH (going back for holiday). • Liaise with immigration for any issue foreign worker. • Dealing with Myeg for renewal permit.• Fomema arrangement.• New arrival arrangement foreign worker.
