Involved in quarterly SEC filings (10Q) and Yearly SEC filings (10K) for one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S - State Street Bank & Trust Corporation. My responsibilities involves preparing for financial documents and conducting Audit reviews for Earnings release and MD&A disclosures for each quarter & making sure the reports show true and fair values of financial disclosures. This Role further involves:- Working collaboratively with SEC clients and FCO for conducting and managing Walk-through meetings for specific SCOTs.- Conducting meetings with clients and preparation of financial Audit supporting files.
