Abdul is a Public Policy professional currently engaged in HR Outsourcing and practice. He has undertaken consulting assignments on Organisational Reform and Development; Educational Planning and Management; Modern Local Government and Administration; Health Sector Management; and Modern Local Government. A graduate of MSc in Public Policy and Management of the University of London, he undertook job related professional trainings that include a PG Certificate in Social Policy (UoL); ICT Policy and e-government (UoL); Public Sector reform (Chatham House, London); Incentivisation and Performance measurement; among others. He also undertook a specialist course in Health Care Management as well as Politics of the NHS (LSE Social Policy Dept.). He authored a Dictionary of Economics entitled ‘Economics: A dissection Kit’. He has helped change lives of hundreds of young graduates by initiating as well as taking part in the organisation of the only Graduate Recruitment Fair in Uganda, the Exquisite GradFair, a project into its 8th year now. He is a Director at Exquisite Solution Ltd UK; Exquisite Solution Ltd Uganda; Exquisite Solution Ltd Burundi and Exquisite Solution Ltd in Rwanda. He overseas business strategy but also, as a trainer of over 15 years, takes part in the delivery of Corporate Training programs at the company.
