• Preparing monthly financial statements, reports & Bank reconciliations.• Monitoring Account receivable & Payable operations.• Reconciliation & monitoring of credit card transaction.• Generating invoices & Pro forma invoices.• Manage Cash in hand, Petty cash & Review cash reports, Bank reports, Bank Facilities, PDC Registers.• Coordinating with IATA for company compliance's.• Research and analyze any unmatched and / or out of balance entries.• Clearing of open items in reconciliations by investigating and following up with the concerned persons.• Experience in managing teams for smooth operations and developing procedures for businessexcellence.• Streamlining required process for better functioning.• Manage Payroll, Employee Loan, Advance Salary, Leave Salary, End of Service Benefits andcoordination with HR Department.• Timely reviewing the financial position / opportunities & advising the Finance management for the• company.• Preparation of the LPO’s & coordinating, negotiating for the best prices with the suppliers.• Develop the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and executives.• Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or paymentsand initiate legal procedures if necessary.• Manage adjustment & closing entries on month wise & maintain general ledger by transferring• Subsidiary accounts, preparing a detailed trial balance & reconciling entry.• Manage the Fixed Asset Register of the Company & Ensuring proper allocation of Depreciation• Coordinating with the bankers for the overdrafts, LC’s & bank guarantees.• Secures financial information by completing database backups and protects.

• Keeping of books of accounts and updating the system on timely basis• Accountability for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables of the company.• Maintaining bank accounts and preparing Bank Reconciliation A/c on timely• Payroll processing and timely salary disbursements• Statutory Compliances (TDS, Service Tax & PF)• Billing on a timely basis to customer through cloud based CRM system• Keeping track record of Petty cash expenses and handling the same for day to day expenditure.• Assisting in generating Sales leads whereby to attract the potential stakeholders • Assisting in preparing the MIS reports• Soliciting the potentials candidates for new job hiring.
