Daily Sales reconciliation with 3rd parties account.Various MIS report sending as a daily basis.Assemble, review & verify invoices & check requests.Set invoices up for payment Enter & upload invoices into system.Track expenses & process expense reports.Prepare & process electronic transfers & payments Reconcile accounts payable transactions.Prepare analysis of accounts.Maintain vendor files.Correspond with vendors & respond to inquiries. Produce monthly payable reports.Bank reconciliation.Assist with VAT return & month end closing, Maintain accurate historical records.Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:-Maintaining Petty Cash & Scrutiny of Day to Day Transactions.Managing purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection & journal voucher.Sales & Purchase total reconciliation of accounts calculating VAT.Handling import and export process for land and ocean shipments.Preparing legal documents necessary for customs clearance.Reconciliation of Bank Statement at the end of month.Monthly Physical stock verification.Maintaining updated records of customers and distributors.Preparing outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up.Maintaining salary register & Calculating end of service.Visa processing (new/cancellation), renewal of trade license, lease agreement and other government related documentations as deemed essential for the business.Generating & maintaining day to day MIS data and updating the management.
