Co-ordination of various NDT activities at shop and Field. Posts weld Heat-Treatment co-ordination and chart reviewing as per codes and Inspection Testing Procedure. Witnessing of Hydro test, Pneumatic Test with Designated Test pressure and holding time as per project Specifications. Close monitoring and inspection of the manufacturing activities for compliance to drawings, codes and allowable tolerances as per QAP and ITP. Stage and final Assessment for Inspection of structural steels, pipes & plates. Welding Inspection, visual inspection of joint fit-ups, in process and completed welding inspection on various Materials Inspection of welding parameters such as voltage, amperage, travel speed, pre heat & inter pass temperature. Inspection of finished welds as per dimensional accuracy required by Client. Checking and monitoring the pipeline welding activities from fit up stage to final visual inspection. Check and read the drawings for preparing the structural & Fabrication work. Inspection of Incoming Raw materials and welding consumables as per the specification.
