CurrentManpower and MHE Management by deploying the required workforce at each section level activities based on day to day operations.Managing cleanliness of DC as per the standards and ensuring the safety measures of employees, product and company asset.Managing the operational cost as per the allocated budget, and implementing new strategies to reduce overall operational expense.Coordinating with logistic team for the inbound scheduled shipments, in order to achieve the receiving targets. Monitoring the incoming goods, forecasting space to ensure the on time inspection and put away.Raising Flag for the quality issues with sourcing department and providing the best and suitable suggestions to improvise the product quality for the initial orders from new suppliers.Managing overall inbound, storage and outbound operations, with minimal inventory errors.Ensuring on time inventory transfers in between stores and Co branches.Monitoring outbound activities, like product inspections, on time product dispatch and safe loading procedures.Co ordinator in-between customer service department and fleet scheduling team, in order to accomplish the incomplete deliveries and follow-up.Managing Attendance of warehouse employees, behaviour competencies, leave management and other HR, related issues.Arrangements and assisting annual counts, update live stock in system.
