As the Stewarding Manager, I oversee waste management for 1050 rooms and daily breakfast for 1000 to 1500 guests, along with a large banquet capacity across 28 meeting rooms and 8 hotel outlets. Prioritizing waste segregation and sustainability, I maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in all Back of House areas, ensuring proper equipment supply for bar, banqueting, and restaurant needs. I also oversee the cleanliness of food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations. Training the stewarding team on compliance regulations and identifying revenue opportunities are key aspects of my role. Safety is paramount, so I ensure adherence to health and safety requirements and promptly report any issues. Additionally, I assist in equipment management and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service. Overall, I lead a dedicated team to maintain exceptional standards and fulfill all tasks assigned by hotel management. Managing equipment maintenance and implementing efficient breakdown procedures, I conduct routine inventories to ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and safe for both our team members and guests.
