Sr Support Analyst
Current• Responsible for daily platform health by reviewing alerts & actively monitoring.• Provide level 2 technical support for production and non-production issues including production troubleshooting, query tuning, and process optimization.• Perform server maintenance on a daily/Bi-monthly and monthly basis and share the detailed reports with the client.• Troubleshooting and Debugging Issues Related to ERP Application (Acumatica) and Magento.• Maintained servers and systems to keep networks fully operational during peak periods.• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security components.• Experience in managing core AWS components like EC2 Instances, S3.• Monitoring AWS environment using CloudWatch, CloudTrial, KMS, IAM, and Lambda.• Create knowledgebase articles and other documentation to improve self-service as well as improve the team’s effectiveness.• Actively participates and directs teams including Incident Management in identifying the root cause of incidents.• Documentation of day-to-day activities so that newcomers get easily settled in.• Familiarity with Hadoop Big Data technologies.
