The project at CMA CGM involves a significant initiative to migrate the legacy system, AMTrix flows, to a new system. This migration is characterized by the transition of existing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) flows to new environments within the scope of Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI) using IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) for transformation.As a key contributor to this migration effort, my responsibilities are multifaceted and cover various aspects of the project lifecycle.

The Hartford's three-year Evolution program aimed to streamline operations and reduce the Total Cost of Ownership by simplifying processes and leveraging technology solutions. As part of this initiative, a project was undertaken to enhance and unify the Auto Sales and Home Sales channels. The project involved multiple fronts, including Consumer Web, Agency, Call Center, and Comparators. From a technical perspective, the application interfaced with various systems, such as internal and external databases, third-party web services, and PLA mainframe systems.The responsibilities associated with the project were diverse and encompassed both business engagement and technical implementation. The engagement with the business team was a critical aspect, involving clarification of business requirements and addressing queries to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project goals. Collaboration with client architects was vital for finalizing architectural changes and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
