Preparation of company tax return and forward to tax consultant for onward submission to tax authorities. • Calculation of advance tax and arrangements for quarterly payments.• Royalty & Technical fee matters. Remittance of royalty and dividend to foreign shareholders. • Supervise the debtors/ sales/collection from customers/reconciliation of debtors. Also check whether the debtors are in line with their respective credit limit.• Co ordinate with external auditors• Handle all affairs of statutory audit of the company• Handle all matters relevant to VAT/ Income tax audit • Post audit for all payment to suppliers /vendors• Production audit to check the variance in production wastage• Budget variance analysis• Handling payment made to local as well as foreign suppliers.
