1. Quantity takeoff and Material ordering. 2. Ensuring progress and completion of every part of activities/ work as per the construction program/ short term look ahead programs/ targets and also coordinating with building progress/ requirement and clearances are available on time.3. Making sure that works are executed only by using approved materials and in accordance with the approved/ issued for construction drawings, project specifications, local regulations, agreed procedures and approved method statements.4. Monitoring and controlling all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure quality of the work and also to ensure progress as per requirement.5. be proactive and coordinate with Project Engineers/ Project Manager regarding drawings, material and manpower requirements at site.6. Making sure that necessary site inspections are carried out at every stage of installation/ progress and approvals are obtained on time, in coordination with QA/QC.7. Ensuring that all information on drawings are conveyed to the workforce in a proper manner including training and details produced where required.8. Proactive coordination with civil contractor/ subcontractors for effective execution works.9. Monitoring productivity and compiling relevant information on production rates.10. Preparation / Approvals of RED marked drawings for As-Built.11. Review of Tender documents & construction document for the variation work order and assist for billing and variation claims.12. Carryout engineering calculations, raising RFI’s for technical design deficiencies, missing information.13. Assist Procurement department by giving input data for all equipment for sending enquiry.
