• Checking the sales invoices and modify if necessary • Processing payment for the supplier as per the ageing report & on standing instructions.• Establish cycle count and wall-to-wall physical inventory counts,• Reconciling all bank, supplier & customer accounts with their statements & passing entries of differences.• Raising debit notes to suppliers &following timely settlement of same.• Booking CRV, CPV, BPV & rectify wrong entries.• Passing payroll entries such as staff receivable, Invoice deduction, Fines, Mobile Bills etc. • Monitoring expenses & booking as per Chart of Accounts.
