In charge of maintenance and up keep of the hull and deck equipment2. Coordinates with the Chief Engineer for any repair of deck machineries3. Ensures all rotating parts of windlass, winches, crane, fast rescue craft davit, blocks, roller leads, etc are regularly oiled and greased4. Inspect the hull regularly and takes necessary steps to prevent hull corrosion and deterioration, paying particular attention to draft, load line marks, ship’s name and port of registry marking 2.2.3 Pollution Prevention - Duties & Responsibilities1.
