Resilient and Dedicated Professional, looking to apply my 5+ years project execution experience in the field of Project planning, Management and documentation.Experience with working large scale projects such as Gas Modular Skids,Oil Modular Skids, Metering Skids, chemical Injection skids, Truck loading skids, water injection skids, Surge Relief Skids.Experience on working with clients such as Saudi Aramco,JGC,CPP,Jacobs Zate, Saipem,Punj lloyd, L&T, SA Kentz, Tecnicas Reunidas, SNC Lavalin, Br. CAT, CPP, DLPS, ENPPI,Petrofac.Ø  Assisting Project Engineers & Projects Manager.Ø  Create the Vendor Document Register List (VDRL) based on the Saudi Aramco NMR Standards for all the proje tsØ  Maintain the VDRL by updating the status of the document as per revision and date wise.Ø   Collect the status of the Project from the Project Engineers, Production Engineers, and Planning Engineers and Create weekly Progress Report and send to client and Management.Ø  Follow up with vendors for the documents and send the received document to Engineers for internal review.Ø  Submission of Internally reviewed NMR documents to Client for the final approval.Ø  Follow up with client for the approval of documents.Ø  Send and Receive the Material Take Off (MTO) to quality, Stores and Procurement for making PO.Ø  Create front Sheets and Coversheets for the Preliminary Documents (Non Material Requisition (NMR) 601), Certified Documents (NMR 602) and As-built Documents (NMR 603) and Dossiers.Ø  Collect the spare parts list from the sub vendors and preparation of SPDP(Spare Parts Data Package) as per Saudi Aramco Standards and submit to client Ø  Send the approved documents to Production, Quality and Planning for the manufacturing of Skids with issue of construction stamp.Ø  Record and Maintain the Status of the issued drawing for all the Projects as per revision wise.Ø  Old drawing will be superseededØ  Preparation of Installation and operation manuals from the collected documents.Ø  Download the documents from Client FTP server and uploading the documents in client FTP serverØ  Archive, Control and retrieve records as and when needed.Ø  Maintaining all MTO as per projects wise both hard & soft copies for future reference.Ø  Circulate and maintain the Job Order Received from the Proposal Manager to the Engineers.Ø  Create IPR and Send to Procurement for making PO.Ø  Keep records of project details, technical specification, drawings and company Procedures etc.,and provided during auditØ  Assisting E&I engineers for technical documents preparation.
