Highlights of the roleOversees the Rental Operations in terms of Sales generation, Customer Service, Payment collections, Fleet arrangement, reports and other related functions.Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales volume and revenue.Performs audit on all transactions at the branch.Conduct training related to Sales and Customer Service for all the Team members.Closely monitoring and handle the Dubai Police CID entries of Rental agreements and are tallied against the software application.Handles and monitor company Traffic code through EVG (Emirates Vehicle Gate) website for all the Traffic fines that has correspondence black points.Conduct weekly audits related to vehicle audit, branch image and ensure set guidelines are adhered toInitiate and Implement Procedures in accordance to the workflow.Source out and venture opportunities for Brand Awareness and potential market.
