In the current Project is Dubai hills Luxury Villas- Dubai, as Technical Co-Ordinator6 CAD Draughtsman working under me on different packages as Bedrooms,Toilet, Public area & Doors ,Landscaping , I study the ID drawing received from consultant & develop our shop drawings as initial submission to the consultants after checking our drawings. In the mean time I co-ordinate with MEP people for MEP services to incorporate in our drawings & have a internal review with them before discussing the same matter with the consultant, later on uploading the CAD & pdf files unit wise on the client server for them for final review. At the same time l issued 1 set of drawing as advance copy of the drawings to the site Engineer for execution so that there is no delay of time. Also making our drawing schedule tracking log & update as an when there is submission. I involve myself in attending the meetings as an when required by Consultant. Also I visit the site once a week to catch up with the update along with few site pictures for further action. Follow up with the consultant for drawing approval. Follow up with drawing schedule.Preparing RFI concerning the drawings before discussing the issue with the Clients or client representative. Also follow up with MEP for CVI (Change Variation Information) as per site condition.
