From September 2009 to July 2011 worked with BARQ Construction group WLL as a SITE Engineer(MEP)Accountable to; Manager (Maintenance Division)1. Ensure the completion of the projects within the contractual requirements of the client and within the budgeted time, cost, and quality standards with a perfect safety record.2. Estimate, prepare quotations, tenders for the projects and update the Project Schedule, Manpower Schedule, Material Log, Drawing Log, and Job Budget.3. Coordinate with Departments, Consultants, Clients and Subconractors as and when required Assist in the timely preparation and approval of all submittals and drawings for the projects in coordination with other relevant departments.4. Responsible for the timely delivery of required site forms including all Material delivery notes and Daily Activity Report.5. Coordinate with the purchasing and delivery of required material for the projects.6. Ensure that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and that they are fully enforced.7. Monitor all subcontractor works to ensure their compliance with the job specifications and time plan.8. Ensures no material wastage at site.9. Responsible for labor attendance and productivity.
