• Accurately processes customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time. Monitor the status of orders and update relevant stakeholders.• Keep track of orders and shipments, providing customers and the sales team with updates on order status and expected delivery times.• Regularly check inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet sales demands. Notify the sales and warehouse teams of any potential shortages or overstock situations.• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy, manage stock replenishments, and participate in inventory counts when required. • Allocate stock to orders based on availability and priority, ensuring high-demand products are efficiently distributed.• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries, product availability, pricing, and delivery issues. Resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.• Act as the communication bridge between the sales team, customers, and the warehouse. Ensure that all parties are informed of order statuses, stock levels, and any potential delays.• Maintain accurate records of all orders, communications, and transactions. Ensure all paperwork related to orders, deliveries, and inventory is properly filed and accessible.• Assist the sales team by providing data on sales performance, inventory levels, and order trends. Help in preparing sales reports and forecasts based on warehouse activity.• Keep the sales team updated on new products, stock availability, and any changes in warehouse processes or policies.• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping. Handle any issues related to shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.

• Correspondence with HO regarding branch compliance issues.• Account Opening through in person interviews and verification for data validation• Closure of Accounts and accounts management through central system • Verification of customers through Verisys through NADRA Pakistan• Issuance and maintaining of Call Deposit Receipt (CDRs) Issuance of Term Deposit Receipt (TDRs) and Issuance of Travelers Cheques (TCS)• To conduct a thorough background check for Claims on High Cost Deposits • Provisioning and balancing of Profit on Saving Deposit• Weekly, fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reporting for bank infrastructure and costumers data• Deduction of Zakat & Submission to Head Office for central system and State bank • Daily reporting to Treasury and Foreign Tele Transfer• Foreign Demand Draft and Swift Messages• OFBC/IFBC and Provision of profit in FC deposits• Tax on FC remittance & profit, FC return to SBP
