1.Formulate Four voluntary groups men, women, Youth boys and youth girls among Rohingya community through Focused group discussion FGD, individual meeting, informal communication, door to door meeting in the community and other possible methods withinthe guidelines of protection principles.2.Maintain regular contact and make good relationship with them through field visits to address community issues by consultation.3.Organize and conduct meeting and awareness session with them on various social, health and concurrent issues on weekly basis observance of different days advised by UN and BRAC in the refugee areas.4.Design, innovate and develop new Voluntary projects for effective communication and more engagement of Rohingya with activities, which will also build their capacities in the communities at camp level.5.Implement new approved voluntary projects on a weekly basis and report back to supervisortimetotime.Submit qualitative and quantitative Report of monthly activities to the supervisor and donors in details describing challenges and way forward.6.Plan and submit logistics and financial requisition in a timely manner to facilitate the program.7.Develop good relationship with Community leaders as like Majhi, Imam, and Teacher etc.

 Developing and implementing the organization’s communication strategy. Serve as a primary contact person for the project participants and will coordinate their participation in the project, including training modules, follow up, mentoring and community projects identification and implementation. Responsible to assist in COMs supervisor activity. Responsible for monitoring the achievement of the results set by the project in area of responsibility. Community Outreach Officer will also be tasked with data collection, conducting surveys, submitting progress reports.

 Ensure equal participation access in camp activities for all group.  Coordinate with CiC and CBP to set up camp community governance structure. Promote, Facilitate and coordinate a participatory approach among all stakeholders. Encourage community participation through neighborhood watch schemes, care groups f persons with and person with specific needs and recreation groups, sports and celebration. Promote and Coordinate capacity building activities.
