Starting from Blueprint, I have to start accessing the construction drawing/plan to identify and plan for our Nurse call and Patient entertainment Systems installation.Detailed break-down of the components is made and quotations sent out to the consultant company for acceptance of the project.Upon confirmation, planning is made and project is tracked to be completed within the committed time frame, budget and quality. All variances is documented and billed to the builder as extras.As a project manager for the installation, I have to ensure the right materials and equipment are prepared by the R&D team and commissioned the installation before handing over the finished building site to the builder.The second part of the job requires me to attend to service calls in Victory state. On-site investigation is done on faulty TV and nurse call systems and if this cannot be resolve on-site, the faulty equipment are brought back to the workshop for repairs. These failures are then analysed and I took the initiatives to compile all these into a 'black book' where correctives actions are taken and implement the new process or solutions for future projects.
