Job Responsibilities:•Surveying new project site with the client to understand the scope of work based on specific requirements•Discussing MEP scope of work as per QCDD standard with the client•Clearly articulate scope of project to QS department in order to prepare BOQ considering the material, labor and overhead costing•Analyze and review design drawings related to MEP and Civil works and coordinate the preparation of shop drawings based on the site conditions•Preparation of Project Schedule as per the approved timeline•Commencement of work by allocation of required man power to the site and coordination with the landlord to start the work in safe and efficient manner•Ordering of material as per consultant material approval and follow up with procurement for timely delivery •Explaining the works and drawings to the supervisor and foreman in the site for the right start of work•Having daily site updates from supervisor and communicating to client and solve any site discrepancy swiftly•Maintaining weekly reports and look ahead planner to keep the client/landlord informed of work progress•Work with the finance department to get the work progress approval from client and follow up collection of progress payments •Analyze and detect the critical tasks in the work schedule and plan ahead for their timely completion•Keep the consultant informed of the site activities and get the works approved•Scheduling the works of different subcontractors in advance and coordinating with them to complete the works within the time frame•Inform the QS team regarding any variation of site works and get approval from the client•Preparing internal snag list for our works and completing those before the final client visit after work completion•Preparation of As-built drawings and QCDD reports and get the consultant approval•Coordination with the client/consultant to apply for QCDD inspection and coordinate with all related QCDD engineers to get the inspection approval

Project :-EAST INDUSTRIAL ROAD BETWEEN AL MUNTAZAH STREET AND WEST CORRIDOR PROJECT (P017 C2)Electrical Scope of Work :-•Diversion of EHV and MV cables•Construction of substations and laying of LV cables•Street Lighting feeder pillar, cables, poles installation and under bridge lighting installation•Traffic signal works•ITS (Intelligent Transportation system) network. LCS, DMS, LPR, CCTV, WIM, magnetometer installations•Underpass Lighting with DALI control, UPS system. Exhaust and Lift system ducting and cabling•Telecommunication NetworksJob Responsibilities:•Analyse and review design and construction drawings related to Electrical works and accordingly coordinate the preparation of shop drawings based on the site conditions•Coordination of site activities with foreman and allocation of manpower according to the site activities and work priorities as per the planning department and management proposals •Supervise and executed the work as per the detail drawings and specifications (QCS 2014)•Inspecting the site with consultant inspector and/or ARE to close out the inspections and get approval •Managing the challenging site situations by coordinating with our management and consultant•Coordinating with Kahramaa engineers for getting LOA, SIS approvals for EHV-HV and LV-MV cables•Ordering the required material as per specifications by coordinating with the procurement department •Working with the quality department for the preparation of method statement, ITP and material submittals for the consultant approval•Submitting the variation report to the contracts department as per the new shop drawing issued•Attended project progress meetings and co-ordination meetings with the subcontractor to check the progress as per planning and plan the activities ahead•Follow up and attend consultant snags and closing the same to obtain completion certificate
