Responsible for Data Network Management at 5 sites which entails the following:Provide/Recommend/Engineer/Support technology solutions for small/medium businesses located in the Gulf Region. Designing, Installation, performance monitoring and troubleshooting of Routers(2800), Switches(3500,2900) & firewalls (ASA5500)of different vendors [HP Blade servers, (HP DL380 and HP ML350)], CISCO routers(2800), Catalyst Switches 2950 / 3750 Series and firewalls Cisco 5500 series. Responsible for providing Network diagram using Visio, Word etc. Designed, implemented and supported solutions for Microsoft Windows 2008, Exchange Server 2007 Providing desktop support for 200 users at Head Office and network support over 5 sites. Managing, troubleshooting, and configuring Telephone Server System (AVAYA, Interactive Intelligence). Maligning the Brokers, customer services and operation Telephone Recording System(Audio Log). Planning & execution of corrective and preventive actions to resolve network problems. Managing Vmware application such as Vsphere, ESXi, server and workstation. Developing relationship with clients in proposing optimized network solutions using best of practice and emergent technologies. Managing the daily and Monthly Backup system using HP data Protector and DPM.  Implement Cisco Firewall IPS(ASA AIP SMM-5520) using ASA5520 series.
