The Block Officer is responsible for implementation of the program in the district. S/he is the converging point for where the program gets operational and implemented. S/he while being responsible for the content delivery, is also responsible for the operational management of the program. Operational Management: - Work with the Block Officer in developing and implementing the annual plan for the district - Further work to break down the Block wise into cluster wise actionable plans - Assist the District Manager in developing, maintaining and reviewing monthly, quarterly, annual budgets for the district - Create implementation maps for each block officers with their respective assigned program assistants and impact assistants - Monitors progress and gives input where necessary - Ensure that monthly progress report, quarterly progress reports are prepared and shared in a timely manner.- Assist the District Manager in developing, maintaining and reviewing monthly, quarterly annual budgets for the Block and also prepare the monthly and quarterly progress report of Block.- Ensure the 90 Team Balika (Volunteer) for Enrollment, Retention, and Quality of Education for 3 to 14 years children. building on these applications.- Event organize and ensure the convergence with government Liasoning at Block Level -Training Schedule, plan and implementation.As a City Manager :Taught employees how to collaborate on daily job tasks and achieve targets.Coordinated with General Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.My role has involved Staff managements , liaison with bankers , liaison with government officials ,liaison with market leaders, Linkages vendors to PM SVanidhi scheme and digital on Boarding.As a City Manager:• Understanding an Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) • Working closely with Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) and Accredited Social health Activists (ASHA)workers in community• Coordinated with primary health centres (PHCs) to deliver health and nutrition services• Supported adolescent girls on sexual reproductive health related information and services• Organized training for frontline workers to build their capacitiesEngaged with TBC project deliverables all over Hyderabad .• Liaisoning with KHPT/SR State Implementation Lead and the NTEP for conducting activities about TBC• Completed Successfully documentation and reporting of Hyderabad City including 4 district • Facilitated the training activities planned for the TBCs, District Nodal Officers.
