Roles and Responsibilities:• Studying shop drawings and contract documents.• Duties include Supervision of HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing works.• Meeting with sector‘s engineers to resolve the technical discrepancies.• Following up the time schedule for the project.• Reviewing the client & subcontractors invoices.• Supervising the construction & finishing works of villas.• Supervising the construction and finishing works of the main swimming pools and landscape areas.• Understanding client requirements and ensuring that the quality is met according to the set standards of the company.

Makkah

Roles and Responsibilities• Maintain and dispatch the Daily reports.• Scheduling the Master program on a weekly basis with progress update and monitoring the work progress.• Generate and analysis the Cost and resource reports on monthly basis.• Coordinate the activities of site and report to Construction and Management authorities about the plant and manpower requirements of the project.• Discuss the critical issues affecting the progress with the Planning Manager.• Preparation of Procurement and shop drawing schedule and monitor the progress.• Attend the weekly progress meeting with Planning Manager to discuss the progress of work, finalization of Provisional sum works and P.C rates.• Assist the Planning Manager for the preparation of claims, in the event of occurrence.

Jeddah

• Booking Appointments from the company for Risk Surveys and claims.• Maintaining Order received, Fee Invoiced and Work in Progress sheets in Ms Excel.• Site Inspection (Risk Surveys, Claims)• Site Inspection includes checking of Firefighting systems, various types of Equipments etc inside the Factory, Warehouse, Hotel, Hospital etc.• Taking required pictures of interior and exterior of Warehouse and Factory.• Survey include Civil, Mechanical, Telecom, Automobile, Food industry.• Dealing with Engineers and Site In charge for Risk Surveys and Claims.• Conducting numerous risk surveys for various types of risk across the Kingdom.• Investigate insurance claims for water damage, Business interruptions, Storm damage, Flood damage and Theft claims.• Editing the Risk Survey Reports• Editing the Claim Reports
