At West Crew, I began my role by overseeing the sales teams and eventually took on the responsibility of managing the entire operations. As the Operations in charge, I ensured that all departments, including Sales, Quality Control, Support, Accounts, Finance, and Compliance, were performing their duties effectively. I proactively addressed any issues that arose, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.

I began my career as a Sales Executive and was promoted to Team Lead after a year. My team lead role started with overseeing 30 team members, where I managed attendance, floor attitude, dress code, adherence to company policies, and sales targets. I took a hands-on approach by conducting motivational sessions, leading by example, and guiding my team through calls and sales techniques. After dedicated efforts and long shifts, I was promoted to Senior Team Lead, expanding my responsibility to 100 team members. Eventually, I advanced to Floor Manager at All Star BPO, where I managed 350 agents with the support of 7 team leads and 5 supervisors, maintaining the same level of dedication and leadership across the board.

As a Sales Representative, I managed both inbound and outbound calls, handling up to 800 calls per day. I successfully converted 60% of these into qualified leads by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. My role involved building strong relationships, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the sales process. By staying organized and proactive, I contributed to the overall growth of the sales pipeline and consistently achieved lead-generation targets.
