London. Customer Care & Logistics. As a customer care advisor, I find solutions to an array of customer complaints while providing a high-quality level of service. Working in Logistics I am required to support drivers during their shifts. Tasked with optimising routes I find a balance of satisfaction for both customers and drivers.

Worked as an student ambassador for Plymouth University, inspiring young talent to work toward studying a STEM degree at a higher level.

During my time studying my masters course I worked part time as a Crew Member at KFC Crown hill Plymouth.

During the 2012 Olympics I worked as a steward to ensured general safety and movement of human traffic by providing informative directions and support regarding the general location of the area. Personally, taught myself to overcome langue barriers in order to meet the needs of the tourists in the city.
