Over the past 15 years, I have worked in a range of project management and business development roles in the construction and retail sector. I have recently finished up as the Managing Director at Create Homes, which I co-founded July 2015.Throughout my career, I have built a reputation as a driven and dedicated leader with a passion for helping companies optimise their operations through effective business development. As the Manager Director at Create Homes, I was responsible for overseeing and managing company operations and sales growth. This included overseeing the financial management of the company, leading business change and transformation, assessing performance management structures, managing staffing and sales responsibilities, and spearheading successful business development initiatives.Prior to my time at Create Homes, I worked as a Regional Development Manager at Coles Express (WA, NT & SA). There, I managed construction teams through tender-led outcomes, scoped sites to determine Capex spend, conducted facilities management, delivered the format of store fit-outs, managed the entire project team of multidisciplinary staff and contractors, completed project reporting, and more.Aside from my passion for leadership and business development, I also have a keen interest in getting the most out of my team and the broader consultant teams. This includes empowering and inspiring colleagues to be their best selves at work in both group and individual settings. While I take my job seriously, I don’t take myself too seriously, and like to be upbeat, open and approachable to all colleagues and clients.
