Established Gurun PFDI Workshop for High Mileage Testing:- Managed a budget of RM 0.7 million, completed setup within 6 months.- Coordinated construction, outfitting with advanced equipment for vehicle testing.- Lead and manage high-mileage testing in Malaysia’s hot climate, including activities such as Quality in Use, Captive Fleet, and Interoperability testing.- Manage workshop budget, ensure operational excellence, and handle recruitment to support high-mileage testing and engineering group activities.

- Group lead for durability testing section / Durability vehicle attribute leader for vehicle projects.- Plan and monitor section Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results and achievements to intensify the annual performance of the department and division- Act as a source of information and subject matter expert (SME) on guidelines, functions, processes, and procedures related to the vehicle system and durability test.- Ensure comprehensive vehicle durability testing coverage that complies with regulatory requirements, market requirements, preferences, and customer satisfaction.- Develop, enhance, and sustain sectional competencies i.e workforces, facilities, procedures, and processes in line with new product development requirements and technology.

- Manage and monitor task / project planning including developing project plans, timelines, target setting, and ensuring projects are implemented in line with department and organization goals.- Coordinate, engage, and monitor task / projects including conducting meetings with stakeholders & preparing testing project progress reports to ensure projects are delivered on time.

· Manage vehicle test scheduling, data acquisition, and instrumentation.- Identify, propose, and develop new analytics for vehicle monitoring, problem identification, diagnostic, and root cause analysis by leveraging new technologies, sensors, cameras, and technological expertise.- Provide feedback and reports on projects to related departments / Management.
