Detailed Inspection for desalinated water tank and fire water tank.Detailed Inspections for all kind of Pipe Supports, Sleeper beams and Secondary SleepersDetailed Inspections for trenches like Electrical ,Telecom and Pipe Trenches Specialized in Earth Works, Concrete Works, Ditch’s, Box Culverts And Pipe CulvertsDealing with all kind of Concrete Execution and IssuesMaintaining the site as per QC requirement.

Project Egineer

* Construction Supervision for Earthwork Formation (Till sub-grade), Laying of Track.* Track welding using Mobile Flash butt welding (Track) &AluminumThermit welding (TO).* Inspection the Rail welds profile after Grinding.* Ultrasonic testing of welds immediately after welding for acceptance of welds and submitdaily reports to the consultants and circulates internally in the company.* Distressing of Track at zone Average Temperature.* Preparing presentations for updating the Progress of the Work with regards to Quality to Client.* Maintaining a Quality work plan (Time schedule) for construction activities such as Earthwork activities, Ballast Spreading, Track linking, Tamping, Welding and De Stressing.* Updating the Daily Progress Report & Monthly progress Reports. Reporting to the QA/QC Lead.* Coordinate with Construction Department regarding RFI, Request for Inspection regarding QC Related activities.* Implementing and maintaining quality programs and adhering to standard quality operational policies and procedures.* Inspections of site like embankment layers in earth works.* Coordination of works with Project Manager, Safety Officers, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Railway Officials, Clients, and suppliers of materials.

* Experienced in Pre-casting Inspections and designs.* Statistical analysis of Non Conformities together with concerned functionaries of theproject and assisting them in finding appropriate solutions.* Preparation of ITP and documents as per code/Specification requirement. Responsible for preparation & implementation of Project Quality Plan.* Monitoring the QA/QC documentation of subcontractors and ensure that all activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to project requirement.* Control all nonconformance reports regarding materials & stage Inspections and undertake remedial action.
