CurrentInvolved in process development and process design for industry-sponsored projects, including:o Conducted scale-up studies and prepared basic design reports for continuous commercial plants with a capacity of 4,000 MT per year of para-tert-butyl toluene and 3,000 MT per year of para-tert-butyl benzoic acid.o Developed processes and basic design reports for 3,000 MT per year capacity of para-tert-butyl methyl benzoate.o Worked on process development and created basic design report for 1,500 MT per year capacity of para-methoxy acetophenone.o Developed processes and basic design reports for 1,000 MT per year capacity of para-methoxy phenylacetic acid.o Led process development for 30,000 MT per year capacity of benzaldehyde.o Managed process development for 1,500 MT per year capacity of Lily aldehyde.o Involved in process development for paracetamol.o Worked on the production of Dicyandiamide (DCDA) at bench scale and conducted pilot plant studies for continuous DCDA production with a capacity of 125 kg/day.• Supporting principal scientists in process design and development of para-tertiary butyl benzaldehyde (PTBA) project.• Engaging in experimental work conducted at lab scale for PTBA, followed by involvement in process design of commercial plant.• Participating in process development activities using a 20-litre capacity autoclave for oxidation of para-tertiary butyl toluene into para-tertiary butyl benzoic acid. Assisting principal scientists in process design for commercial plants.• Contributing to process development for esterification of para-tert-butyl benzoic acid to produce para-tert-butyl methyl benzoate, and subsequently aided in preparing basic design report for 3000 TPA capacity plant.• Experienced in utilising ASPEN PLUS for column and heat exchanger designs.• Presently I'm involved in pilot plant studies for continuous production of DCDA, for 0.125 TPD capacity.
