• Overall responsible for coordinating all administrative and HR activities-issues related to Media Directorate. • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from developing and advertising job descriptions to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.• In charge of Media Directorate Non-Linear editing and production equipment.• Responsible for supervising production activities and delegating duties of team.• As Office Manager act as a liaison between the Others departments and NDMA, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration during response/relief efforts.• Coordinate between NDMA and ISPR for approval of content, events, media persons invites, etc• Organizing press conferences/beepers/interviews for Chairman/Spokesperson of NDMA. • Plan and develop media campaigns, awareness messages and portion of You tube content for all media platforms in coordination with PRO National Media. • Coordinate and engage with vulnerable-affected communities for recording of media packages. • ensure accurate reporting about NDMA’s role and issue rebuttal if required. • In charge media resources such as photographs and videos. • Develop and disseminate press releases, tickers, SMS Alerts, RBTs and public service announcements (PSAs) related to the disaster alert and response efforts.
