Duties & Responsibilities• Responsible for maintaining Receivables & Payables details.• Record all Purchases & Sales transactions, give monthly report of Sales and Purchases and keep invoices in order• Responsible for maintaining the Stock and the re-order level.• Performed supervision of Bank Reconciliation, prepared monthly reconciliation statement of daily cash collection.• Responsible for preparing of monthly Receipts & Payments Accounts.• Record all expenses like Miscellaneous, Conveyance, and WPS Salaries etc.• Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss a/c.• Preparation of monthly balance sheet a/c.• To Supervise the inventory level accounts management, having thousands of various kinds of inventory with own bar-coding level.• Audit of Purchase, Sales registers & expenses at the time of finalization.• To arrange and coordinate the salesman meeting and decide their commission and also to execute their code of conduct at the organization with decent level of behavior.
