In addition to our fabulous Eagle Labs business, I'm responsible for High Growth and Entrepreneurs segment, Agriculture bank, Real Estate, Health Care, Structured Finance, Specialist Industries (Pensions, IP, Money Service Businesses) and specialist client solutions.

As a Business Banking ExCo member, I was responsible for the full SME banking product suite across the balance sheet, as well as segment digital platforms. I also led the fintech partnerships for SME products and services, playing an active role on various boards as a NED/coach. Prior to this role I held various leadership positions including as MD for Governance, Planning and Analytics for Barclays channels business, Head of optimisation for credit cards and Head of Commercial for Mortgages business. My brief included data, analytics, transformation, marketing, pricing and optimisation responsibilities.In my early years at the bank, I led finance teams across Transactional Banking, Insurance and consumer lending businesses as the Head of Finance, partnering with business unit heads. I set up the entire Mortgages pricing function from scratch, devising and executing an accelerated growth strategy successfully.I am proud to have co-created the Barclays Finance Higher Apprenticeship scheme and I hope, my role as chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for business banking and as Executive sponsor for Asian Professional Forum made a positive contribution to creating an inclusive and progressive culture at Barclays.

In this interim role, i successfully led the strategic financial planning for the evolution of FSA into Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA which is now part of Bank of England) amongst other financial and commercial responsibilities.
