My experience working at PT Smartfren since 2017 has involved handling manyprojects. I have been dedicated to the Product Billing project, my responsibilitiesinclude testing internet data packages, SMS, top-up features, bonus internet packages,region-specific packages, etc. But I have also been involved in other projects.My roles are QA Back End and QA Front End.During my work, I have achieved several milestones. These include assisting indesigning automation, creating MDN testing, and crafting documentation on how toexecute these processes.In my role as a leader, I organize tasks for my team, analyze upcoming projects for thenext week, and engage in discussions with users regarding incoming projects todetermine their priority, which then aids in sprint planning. I also provide insights onQA to interns and allocate various project tasks to them, ensuring that they gainvaluable experience by the end of their 6-month internship.
