• Responsible for monitoring PTML Transmission Network (Fiber , Microwave ,IPMPLS) and timely escalation to concerned operations and vendor teams• Detection ,responding and diagnostics of all transmission related issues• Taking prompt and appropriate follow-ups with regular feedback from vendors and operations teams in relation to ongoing issues.• Providing backup support to regional, HQ and subcontractors transmission teams during outages, fault Diagnostics, Traffic shifting, Loopback testing, end to end media verification, Cutovers and various other scenarios.• Ensuring accurate and timely creation, updating and completion of all trouble tickets with prompt escalation and notification of major network faults as per the NOC Escalation Guidelines, to both vendors and to internal management.• Direct Coordination with others operators and Vendors and providing them first point of contact.• Collect and review performance reports for various systems, and report trends in hardware and application performance to assist senior technical personnel to predict future issues or outages• Perform periodical maintenance routine activities according with existing procedures• Provide reports about all the events occurring in the network and logs.• Analysis of outages and daily/weekly/monthly recurring events and alarms and taking necessary steps till their resolution.• Managing Day to Day operations and maintenance activities.• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports of PTML TXN Network.• Maintain and keep Network performance and outages reports.• Maintaining all transmission related DATA up to date.
