Checking & Approving Employment, Visit & different types of visa/work permit requests in system from various Business Units. Update/upload copies for various request status in system. Monitoring Govt. sites (Mohre & Dnrd) & act accordingly. Timely renewal of Establishment Cards & ensure file active. Periodic report delivery to Business Units & ensures that Work Permit & Visa of employees are getting renewed on time. Prioritizing the cases according to business needs. Approval of EID re-reimburse requests from various Business Units. Apply Employment/Visit/Change status in Immg. system. Distribution of daily works among team. Assigning PROs for daily affairs. Check & Approve of various payment vouchers for Department. Ordering & getting delivered office stationary for Dept. Contacting vendors for various office equipment & clearing their payments & more......
