I am managing the solutions portfolio for ALWIS LLC as a Technical Director. ALWIS LLC provides consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. ALWIS LLC is a consortium of consultants who are experts and pioneers working in the Pharma industry for many decades. The main foundation of the products built is enriched with AI, ML, NLP that help in automation and reduced the cost & efforts drastically.

As Development Manager my responsibilities were to setting up team, ensure development team is able to work as efficiently with clear goals, both short term and long term, From the initial project scope to deploying the product out to customer sites, respond to an RFP (Request For Proposal), complete with Deliverable, Time Lines, Budget etc..

- Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across Medsight Sapphire Suite products from definition phase through implementation- Working with Product Manager, define and execute development plans across projects and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements- Identify reusable code required for Medsight code library and ensure the high code quality- Define, communicate and enforce coding standards and perform peer code review- Design and create various technical artifacts including but not limited to functional specification, technical architecture document, software architecture document, database instructions and Installation qualifications- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sprint plans. Also, manage technical teams within budget and project schedule- Carefully understand the benefits of various programming methodologies and accurately suggests the use of the preferred technologies and suggested integration methods across modules- Based on the job description and applicable budget, identify, screen and assist in the selection of new candidates for the engineering team- Keep product manager informed of development status and serve as liaison between development staffs and product manager across projects- Assist in the development of common components such as Workflow, Scheduler, Form Library and Notifications module- Led the implementation of GVP compliant customization framework in line with Medsight core technical framework guidance- Manage multiple dependencies related to several components and modules within the system

- Involved in the initial estimation, planning, designing, execution for several projects.- Involved in adecision making related to product development & design- Successfully led several projects as a techno-functional manager including leading a team of 5-20 developers. Getting involved in designing, R&D and coding.- Led the onsite implementation of electronic exchange product- Successfully executed projects from inception to production- Develop enterprise application following Waterfall and Agile methodologies- Involved in the R&D and POC that helps in technological decision making & planning.

I am handling project execution for health care industries. Very recently I have moved back to technical oriented task. Currently exploring HL7 for e-MDR.
