 Manage a team and responsible for operational issues regarding Outsource Recovery Department. Reconcile and verify the Settlement MIS One (1-Go) on daily basis. Coordinate with head office to facilitate those customers who would like to settle (Credit Card / Personal Loan) at these ends. Maintain monthly assigning portfolio distribution and updating on daily basis for the Unit Manager. Supervise and verify the payments received from customers and submitted in cash vault. Monitoring on reconciliation for the payments in case of settle or partial payments. Streamline and further improve process flow to ensure quick turn around time for decision /processing to keep and ensure the compliance. Contribution of undertake management functions to build and maintain high standard and team harmony with sustained performance motivation.

(2)Taiser Town Scheme 45. To deal with the customer briefing them about the product (Upfront & Installment Plan) at branch end. Streamline and further improve process flow to ensure quick turn around time for decision / Processing. Coordinate with branches to facilitate customers on different stages. Updates M.I.S of receiving Application forms and input Data. Coordinate with customer informing them about confirm flights and attending their queries. Provide leadership to the team in order to accomplish departmental goals. Also Assist to our Group Head (SEVP) Business Development Division.
