• Preparing PDA & FDA of all vessels Bulk / Break Bulk / Tankers and forwarding to Parties / HO through EBMS (Software).• Handling and coordinating with our Principles / Clients / Exporter / Importer / Vessel Owner & Charterer, Broker and Master all over the world.• Attending Port DTR / Port meeting and obtain vessel inward / outward movements under our agency.• Completing Port Formalities towards smooth vessel inward/outward at ports.• Declaring new vessel to Port, creating VCN and follow up with HO for timely remitting of Vessel Funds.• Updating berthing prospects to our Shipper's/Receivers of the expected vessel.• Keeping the concerned authorities updated on the vessel ETA.• Dealing with Customs for filing of IGM, Closing of EGM, Conversion / Reversion & Vessel Importation / Exportation.• Providing all types Husbandry services like Crew Change, CTM, Workshop and supply to vessel by liaising vessel Ships chandlers / suppliers.• Attending LPG/C STS, Bulk & Break-Bulk vessel's frequently at Paradip Port / PICT (Paradip International Cargo terminal) under our Agency.• Sending daily Reports / Updates regarding vessel arrival, berthing and sailing to Shipper's/Receiver's/Charterers/Port officials Etc.• Operating loading/unloading of vessel's export/import cargo (Steel / Dry / Liquid Cargoes).• Preparation of load port /discharge port documents (NOR, SOF, Bills of Lading, Mate Receipts, cargo manifest and other cargo documents etc.).
