· Monitoring incoming signals for compliance filtering and perform compliance content editing process for live linear TV channels in accordance to Lembaga Penapisan Filem’s (LPF) Rules & Guidelines.· To operate the non-linear censorship system and perform compliance editing of the non-linear contents.· Advance editing sensitive visual and audio content, blurring, audio muting, replacing foreign advertisements & promotional materials as per SOP.· Ensuring all contents aired without malfunction, distortion and pixelization.· Ensure television commercials (TVC), on-air promotions (OAP) and replacement contents are inserted as per schedule during the compliance operation.· Process and procedures reports generation on a daily basis.

· To execute and implement effective coordination and tracking of the Trouble Report with the vendors for immediate response and resolution to exceed customers satisfaction. · Diagnose & provide technical assistance via phone, e-mails or in person.· Resolve technical issues related to complex business systems and infrastructure.· To execute and manage faults through effective Trouble Ticket coordination, escalation, tracking and resolution.· Remotely connect to customer network, troubleshoot and configure customer’s routers, modems and other networking devices through network topology via Telnet.· Follow up with related teams to get progress of restoration.

· Performs a wide range of complex electrical and mechanical inspection necessary to determine product conformance to the company requirements.· Verify correctness of product to drawing.· Read and interprets blueprints, engineering change notices and quality specifications.· Identifies the acceptance or rejection inspection status of products. · Co-ordinate with engineering team to improve and revise the products design concept.· Liaise with failure analysis team to identification of PCBA failures by performing electrical characterization of failures, circuit analysis, fault isolation and physical failure analysis.

· Probe card issue debug and troubleshooting to support production line.· Perform probe card assemblies inspection with needle type, vertical type, and MEMS(Micro Electro-Mechanical System) classified technology.· Engineering semiconductor wafer pad probe mark issue analysis and improve solution.· Probe card analyzer(PRVX) preventive maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting machine problem.· Probe card repair process improvement, quality control and failure analysis.· Prepare and improve manufacturing work instruction, checklist and operating procedure for probe card repair processes.· Provide support to probe manufacturing group by ensuring sufficient inventory of probe cards.· Liaise with probe card, equipment, material suppliers & production personnel to drive continuous quality improvement.· Constantly seek opportunities to improve probe card design and maintenance processes.· Provide process engineering tester setup, data log failure analysis & manufacturing support to probe manufacturing group.

· Production quality control and failure analysis.· Preparing and managed spare part for machines.· Responsible for the efficient operation of machines, setup, calibration and regular maintenance.

· Designed architecture of electronics circuit using Protel.· PCB fabrication, installing components and soldering on PCB. · Troubleshooting a PCB design issues by performing root cause failure analysis on board and component levels.
