 Implementing Hospital Information system from the vendor to our group. Implementing LIS application from the vendor for our group. Providing complete workflow to software team to do the customization as per our requirement and asking additional features in the system. Preparing VAT details and asking customization from the vendor to implement the VAT in the HIS system. Providing supports for HMS Database, application monitored, tracked and solves the issues. Coordinating with the vendors to implement new modules as well as resolving issues. Estimated the change requests and developed/deployed new function as per the requirement of the management and insurance company’s policy. Prepared regular reports for the management which helps them in decision making. Installing and maintaining databases, Application and windows server Involved in the process of improving performance of the database as well as application support. Handling complete issues of Database, application as well as windows server. Taking part in the preparation and execution of technical tests. Populating a database with new information or transfer existing data into it. Responsible for database security and also preventing data loss. Identifying and escalating immediately any risks to the database service. Handling the team in good manners to go work smoothly. Handling complete IT related issues in Database, software’s and server for a group of company.

Project Title: Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)Summary:This ERP application provides total solution for medium and large scale organizations, optimizes business processes from purchasing and sales all the way to financial accounting. Multi user remote accessibility with a centralized database. Accounting task will be carried out through General Ledger Module which has many sub modules like voucher type, chart of account, voucher entry, opening balance etc. The General Ledger module is for the financial details of a company. (Profit and loss, trial balance, movement of trial balance, balance sheet etc.) Account Receivable and Payable module shows the credit and debit details of sales, purchases etc. A cash or credit purchase can give the costing amount. (Shipment charge, insurance charge, loading/unloading charge, clearance charge, custom duty) accordingly the cost distribution of the purchased items is based and a cost price and a sales price for the items can be tagged. A purchase returns option in purchase module to return purchased items. A Sales Module for retail, whole sales for both cash and credit sales. An Inventory Module for transfer in/out of the products and general inventory. Various types of crystal reports for General Ledger, Account Receivable, Payable and Inventory modules
