Since 2008 as the Executive Director/COO of Mavin, Rahim is the daily communicator of the vision and mission to the organization. He works closely with the CMD and the Board of Directors to strategize the vision and the over all LT plan. He is responsible for business planning and insuring that all the team members understood the plan and exactly how their role impacted the success of that plan. Functional responsibilities includes Sales, Operations, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Information Systems and General and Administrative. Most importantly he shapes the entire organization by using cross-functional teams and projects to infuse the various departments with the vision and then watch as everyone "boarded the boat and began to paddle in the same direction”.
